The price was That og a fivestar hotel the actual hotel was old, smelled bad and not up to standard
Hotel location is very good for Metro transportation in Paris.
The staff have a somewhat stereotypical Parisian attitude.
I did not like the hotel at all. I cannot believe it is a 3stars hotel
Very, very poor standards on everything
Very confortable beds indeed
The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly whilst booking the hotel. The service whilst staying at the hotel was excellent. We enjoyed the area around the hotel and the Metro links were very good from near the hotel.
The hair dryer was not very good. There were builders working on the apartments outside our bedroom window on the Monday morning, they were very loud!
Great location, so that suited us fine. You pay for what you get in Paris, so we had no suprises. The staff were friendly but they did tey to charge us for breakfast when we ate out and charged us extra for "city tax" which I've never heard off before. Overall pretty good for the money.
The staff was gratious and helpful. The bathroom and shower were great by Paris standards and the staff accomodated us by making the twin beds into a queen which was also comfortable by Paris standards.
The staff were really lovely and helpful
We paid an extortionate amount of money for a very very ordinary room
It was ok, you get what you pay for. I am pleased wirh the stay.
It was near to the bus station and to an event I attended at Champerette. The man who cleaned our room was quite nice and the only one who got us another pillow (which we really needed) after 2 days of asking the desk people and getting no results.
Had to plead for another pillow. They could have made more of an effort to let us in to our room a little earlier as we were without sleep from the plane trip.
The hotel is at a nice location, easy to reach from the Orlyk Sud airport and close to the metro station. Several nice restaurants are available nearby.
Friendly staff. Fantastic location.
No chair in the room, although there is a desk. I had to sit on the bed to use the desk.
Walking distance to the Luxemburg Gardens, the 5th arrondissement, Eiffel Tower etc. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Reception staff were unfriendly.
This is good located hotel with professional staffs.
I liked everything.
Internet worked well.
Upon arriving and advising of our reservation we were asked if we were "sure" it was "this" hotel as this was the expensive of the two on the street. Kinda rude comment. I also don't think that for a 3 star hotel that they should charge to keep bags in a closet on the day of checkout. This should simply be provided rather than cash in on a travelers situation. You can also hear the trains so can be hard to get to sleep at night.
